Music District
The Music District condo market is defined by the area located between the inner Interstate loop to the north, 16th Avenue South & Music Square East to the east, Wedgewood Avenue to the south, and 18th Avenue South & Division Street to the west. This area encompasses all of Music Row just north of Belmont University where 70% of Nashville’s music business is physically located. The Music District has not traditionally been an area ripe with condo development, but with the 14 story Rhythm at Music Row, the area is quickly redefining itself.
